MCE performs independent electrical acceptance testing on PV and BESS systems, from DC circuits to the point of interconnection, executed to NETA ATS criteria and documented to lender expectations. IV curve tracing, MV cable and transformer testing, relay verification, grounding, and thermographic inspection: every result recorded against defined pass/fail thresholds. Commissioning
From Mechanical Completion to Bankable COD.
MCE manages the full commissioning lifecycle as a coordinated campaign, pre-commissioning walkdowns, staged energization, inverter and BESS startup, SCADA verification, utility witness testing, and ASTM E2848 capacity testing, with hold points and deliverables mapped to your contract before the first breaker closes.
